Current cancelation policy due to the unforeseen circumstances with the COVID-19


As you are probably aware, COVID-19 has negatively affected most businesses around the globe. Especially businesses centered around tourism, such as ours, have had the worse repercussions.

The requests for reservations to be cancelled and for deposits to be refunded are extreme making the demand difficult to be met.

Due to the inability of many businesses around Greece to meet such demands due to limited funds, one of the decisions adopted by the Greek government to contain the impact is that any economic activity, such as the process of refunds, can be postponed for up to 18 months.

As such, our agency is also in the difficult position of kindly asking your understanding in the matter, since at the moment the numerous amount of refunds cannot be managed.

To provide diversity in the matter and to apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay, our agency is proposing  the following options with a validity of 18 months starting from the cancellation request date.

  1. Withhold the deposit until your next visit in Greece, for which rental you will also be provided with a 10% discount on the rates listed in our pricelist.
  2. Transfering your deposit to any designated friends or relatives  visiting Greece and renting a car from our agency. Additional discount will also be applicable for them.
  3. If the deposit is not redeemed within the agreed period of 18 months, the entire amount will be returned to you at that time.


We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and once again your understanding is highly appreciated. Customer service is the number one priority for our agency and having to apply such measures is a hard decision for us.
